Interior Designer in Milton, GA
We work with families on the horse farms and wooded estates of North Fulton, around the historic crossroads of Crabapple and Birmingham, and in the established neighborhoods throughout Milton. Whether you’re renovating a classic farmhouse down to the studs or settling into a new estate home that needs a personal touch, our work begins with a single question: How do you want to feel here?
Meet Alexa: An Editorial Eye for North Georgia Homes
Alexa Stevenson founded Alexa Stevenson Interior Design in 2010, bringing an editorial perspective to residential design, honed during her years with Shelter Magazine Group, Cottages & Gardens Publications, and British luxury brand William Yeoward Crystal. Her signature interiors are defined by comfortable, approachable elegance, layered with textiles, color and a mix of old and new that feels collected over time.
After thirteen years in New York City, Alexa relocated to Athens, Georgia, and now works with clients throughout the country, including homeowners in Milton and throughout North Fulton.

Milton: Interior Design & History Intertwined
Milton sits at the northern tip of Fulton County and carries the name of the old Milton County, which stood from 1857 until it was folded into Fulton during the Great Depression. The city itself was only incorporated in 2006, but its roots run deep. It’s a place of contrasts: the historic Crabapple crossroads, rolling pastures and horse farms that keep the area’s rural, equestrian character, and estate homes and established neighborhoods filling in the space between. That long history is why no two houses here tell the same story. Whether you’re after light and airy elegance or bright and colorful charm, Alexa is here to bring your vision to life.

Our Milton, GA interior design approach
Our goal at ASID is to tell your story through design. We take our clients’ vision and craft interiors that are layered, unique, and approachable. Milton asks an important question: how do you make a large estate home in horse country feel unmistakably yours, and not just another showpiece? Alexa’s eye for color, pattern, and texture is what turns a sprawling new build or a classic farmhouse into a home that’s layered, personal, and genuinely comfortable to live in, not just photograph. We want you to feel good, and warm, and happy, and most of all, you when you’re home. It’s our job to make sure that happens.
